After you accessed the admin area of your website click on Design and CMS and Menus tabs. Then click on the required front end tab and choose the required menu from the drop down list. You can either set up the same category or brand structure like in your website catalogue by dragging and dropping All categories, for example from the Available pages section to the Menu section. Or you can set up categories or brands in your own order by dragging and dropping the required elements from the Available pages section to the Menu section.
