After you accessed the admin area of your website, click on the Design and CMS and E-mail templates tabs. You can work with all templates, or you can choose a specific template from the corresponding groups of templates, which are presented under different tabs: Admin template, User related template from admin, User related from user.

Here you can also insert a new template, edit, copy or delete the existing ones by clicking on the corresponding buttons.

A quick search option is available at the top of the listing page.

While editing an email template, it is possible to:

  • Assign it to the required sales channel
  • Choose its type (any, admin only, user only, admin template for users)
  • Choose template design (for HTML)
  • Set its title
  • Enter content
  • Add template keys (store-specific, customer-specific, order-specific, and discount coupon-specific)
  • Enter template information for HTML and Text versions
