Managing Report by Email Module

The Report by Email module streamlines the process of generating sales data reports and dispatching them via email to external recipients. To get started, follow these simple steps:

Installation:

Access the admin area of your website.
Navigate to the App Shop and Store tabs.
Find the Report by Email module using Quick search and install it.

Activation:

After installation, go to the Modules and Extensions tabs.
Locate Report by Email through Quick search and enable the module by toggling the Status switch.
Click the "Report by email" button to access the module's settings.

Module Settings:

On the Report by Email page, view existing reports in a tabular format.
Columns include Type (time interval for sending reports), By (report creator), Is enabled? (report status), Date (date and time the report was created), and Action (actions that can be applied to the report).
Use Quick search to find specific reports.
Set the display of records per page for easy handling.

To create a new report, click the Insert button.

Creating a New Report:

On the Create report page, choose report status and time interval type for sending reports by email (daily, weekly, monthly).
Enter recipient email in the designated field.
Toggle switches to include optional information fields for customization. Available fields: Product model, Product name, Order status, and more.
Click Save to complete the process.
