After you accessed the admin area of your website click on App Store and then on Local storage tab. Click on Choose file button, find the update_from_4_0_0_49581_to_4_0_1_49581_version.zip that you previously downloaded from the link (update_from_4_0_0_49581_to_4_0_1_49581_version.zip) and click on Upload button. After the file is uploaded click on + icon to apply it.
Connect to your App Store by clicking on this tab and follow the corrresponding instructions (see the article Connecting to App Shop how to do it), click on System update tab and Update now button to complete the update process.
